Experience

Jack and Anne are both recognized experts in corporate bankruptcies and reorganizations. Through both their previous consulting firm, Novare, Inc., and FMPC’s predecessor, Jack B. Fishman & Associates, P.C., they have played major roles in high profile and complex Chapter 11 and out of court restructuring cases, including those involving large, multinational organizations. Jack’s business background and mediation experience and Anne’s dispute resolution skills and tax and legal experience, along with their specific expertise in resolving tax and provider claims, enables them to expertly perform complex claims reconciliation, preference and fraudulent conveyance analysis, and other avoidance actions. Their experience includes successful resolution of bankruptcy and insolvency issues for auto industry manufacturers, international airlines, hospital networks and grocery chains.
